Invitation to Prospective Suppliers to Register for Listing as preferred Suppliers on the Database of the Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism
The Mpumalanga Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism invites all prospective suppliers to register to be listed in the supplier database.
The supplier database will be used for acquisition process in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act 1 of 1999).
Prospective suppliers must download and complete the official registration form and banking details form which will be used to update the supplier database of the department.
A valid Tax Clearance Certificate must be attached to the application for registration on the database.
Preference will be given to registered suppliers but it does not necessarily follow that suppliers who are not yet registered will be totally exempted from quoting to supply goods or services to the Department.
